As Maverick's Director of Acquisitions, David focuses on sourcing opportunities for equity and debt transactions. In addition, David leads the asset management efforts of Maverick's nonperforming loan portfolio. Prior to Maverick, David was a Vice President at Eastdil Secured, where he specialized in property sales, debt placement, and investment banking transactions in the multi family, retail, office, hospitality, and industrial real estate sectors. These transactions, primarily in the New York area, were valued at more than $3 billion. David holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Maverick's Director of Development, Edward runs Maverick's construction and development activities and asset manages Maverick's property assets. Prior to Maverick, Edward developed the Soho House in Miami Beach. The $80 million project included the acquisition and complete rehabilitation of an 80-room, 1940’s art deco hotel and the ground-up construction of an 18 story condominium tower. Edward also managed the development of the Blue Condominiums highrise tower on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and served as a project manager at Sciame Construction, working on such high-profile projects as the Pierpont Morgan Library and the Lycee Francais de New York. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Architecture from Princeton University.
